The 3D laser marking system is constituted by 2 focus lens and 1 pair of reflect mirror. The 2 focus lens is called dynamic focusing set, one of the focus lens shuttles on a moving mount, so the distance between 2 focus lens is changing according to the signal. The final focal length is changed to make z axis marking available. Also in this way, the working area can extend to a big one.
3D laser Marking Head can be installed in any laser marking machine, including 1064nm fiber laser marking machine, CO2 laser marking machine, UV laser marking machine...that makes it widely used.
The only difference of normal laser marking machine with 3D laser machine is the marking optics. But the advantage of 3D marking is remarkable. 3D marking can achieve 1600*1600 mm marking area or even bigger without aberration on the edge. It can also mark on sculptured surface without defocus.
